Shipping Policy
Free shipping and returns in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Cor quo vado will ship all items in stock immediately upon receipt of your order by swiss post. You will therefore receive the goods within 2 to 5 working days but after 7 working days at the latest.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you changed your mind and want to exchange your order, the product must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days, accompanied by the original tag, without the hygienic protective adhesive and without signs of use of the product.
ATTENTION: Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted as an exchange or return. We will contact the customer to return the product to him, charging the freight in question.
If at the time you receive your product, the packaging is damaged or violated, let us know through our call center by email at info@corquovado.com.
Do not return the goods without contacting us. To carry out the exchange, it is necessary to send an email to info@corquovado.com requesting it, with the purchase information and order number
